Jia is the founder of estimate4u.io. With over 20 years of experience in IT and technology, along with a PhD in engineering and an MBA, Jia built estimate4u.io to help homeowners get fair and transparent pricing for their renovation projects.

Homeowners planning a renovation often run into the same two problems: they don't know what a project should realistically cost, and they worry about getting overcharged. estimate4u.io gives them a straight answer. Kostiantyn Klymovych

Kostiantyn is the co-founder of estimate4u.io. He is a software engineer with 5 years of experience working on web and AI products at global tech companies, and has a degree in Computer Engineering from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. On estimate4u.io, he handles the product side: the chat, how estimates are shown, and the small details that make the tool feel useful instead of just clever.
